Cancellation Policy
Find My Apple offers a liberal cancellation policy, but please note the following exceptions based on product categories:
Non-Cancellable Orders
- Used Products: No cancellations once the order is placed.
- Activated Products: Once an iPhone is unbricked/activated or a Mac is set up, cancellation is not accepted.
- Special Occasions: Orders obtained via limited offers (e.g., Diwali, Pongal, Valentine's Day).
- Offers: Orders where a coupon code was applied.
*Find My Apple reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion.
Return Policy
24-Hour Notification Required
Please notify us of any defective or damaged products within 24 hours of delivery.
Conditions for Return
- Products must be Unused / Unopened in original manufacturer shield-packed condition.
- Original packaging, price tags, labels, and invoices must be included.
- Items must be packaged securely for return transit to prevent damage.
Important Exclusions
No returns are accepted on Refurbished, Used products, or products bought under special offers/coupon codes.
Upgrade Clause: If you upgrade within one month after an order is completed, a 30% deduction applies to Used MacBooks.
Refund Process
Refunds are at the sole discretion of Find My Apple and apply only to unopened products after deducting associated shipping and cancellation fees.

| Other Modes | Cheque sent within 7 working days (favoring Billing Name). |
