CANCELLATION RETURNS & REFUND

Cancellation Policy

Find My Apple offers a liberal cancellation policy, but please note the following exceptions based on product categories:

Non-Cancellable Orders

  • Used Products: No cancellations once the order is placed.
  • Activated Products: Once an iPhone is unbricked/activated or a Mac is set up, cancellation is not accepted.
  • Special Occasions: Orders obtained via limited offers (e.g., Diwali, Pongal, Valentine's Day).
  • Offers: Orders where a coupon code was applied.

*Find My Apple reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion.

Return Policy

24-Hour Notification Required Please notify us of any defective or damaged products within 24 hours of delivery.

Conditions for Return

  • Products must be Unused / Unopened in original manufacturer shield-packed condition.
  • Original packaging, price tags, labels, and invoices must be included.
  • Items must be packaged securely for return transit to prevent damage.

Important Exclusions

No returns are accepted on Refurbished, Used products, or products bought under special offers/coupon codes.

Upgrade Clause: If you upgrade within one month after an order is completed, a 30% deduction applies to Used MacBooks.

Refund Process

Refunds are at the sole discretion of Find My Apple and apply only to unopened products after deducting associated shipping and cancellation fees.

Credit / Debit Card Refunded to card within 7 working days.
Net Banking Credited to account within 7 working days.
Other Modes Cheque sent within 7 working days (favoring Billing Name).
